Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas has once again spoken out to highlight how content he is to be playing his football in the Premier League and, although he can never rule anything out in football, doesn't envisage himself moving back to Spain any time soon.
Rumours continue to surface with some frequency that the Spain midfielder is set to be the subject of a bid from either Barcelona, the club he has always supported and with whom he began his career, or Real Madrid, but Fabregas is fairly sure that he will plying his trade in London for the foreseeable future, with no credible offers for him from other clubs having materialised during his time with the Gunners.
"I haven't spoken to anyone," he revealed to Radio Marca. "Whatever happens, happens, but at the moment there is nothing.
"I don't know if I'll leave the Premier League next year. I'm happy there and it is an important year for the club.
"Two or three years ago there was some interest (from Real Madrid), but there has never been anything serious with another team since I joined Arsenal."
